Sublimation Instructions: 

BEFORE SUBLIMATION REMOVE HANDLE 

IN THE TUMBLER PRESS:  375F for 150 seconds

IN THE OVEN:  356F for 10 minutes

Adjust times and temperature according to your press/oven
